Postage and Shipping

Q: Where do you send your products to?

A: We are located in Queensland, Australia. We are happy to send anywhere, but overseas orders should endeavour to contact us first for a postage estimate, prior to ordering. Australian orders are capped at $8.50 for Registered Post delivery.

Q: When do you ship?

A: I am a small home-based business. If I have the stock on hand, I will post the next day after the payment is received, except over a weekend. You can be ensured of follow communication, citing the Registered Post number for every order.

Product Care

Q: Can I wash these in a machine?

A: All products except wool covers can be washed on a normal cycle in cold-to-warm water, using gentle washing products. Please consider using eco-friendly low phosphate washing detergent, as this also helps us in the long run.

Q: How many times can I expect to be able to reuse these?

A: I never had to discard one of my nappies over the time my child wore them.. but honestly, this will depend on how many you use in your daily cycle and how hard your child treats them, in play etc. I started with two dozen nappies to cycle through daily. This meant each nappy was used and washed, on average, every second-to-third day.

Refund Policy

Q: What if my nappy arrives not to my satisfaction?

A: I take great pride in these products and manufacture them with the utmost of care and professionalism. Should one happen to arrive not to your satisfaction, please communicate this to me immediately.

Q: Do you refund after they have been washed?

A: Once a product has been used and washed, I cannot rehandle these items due to health policies. But, if due to an obvious manufacturing fault the item becomes damaged within 30-days, please contact Kree-ations for further advice.
